BiBo Club is professional desktop club management software built specifically for martial arts clubs. It helps you manage students, attendance, grading, instructors, events and day-to-day club operations.
No. BiBo Club is a one-off purchase. You buy once and own the software permanently. There are no monthly or annual subscription fees. Optional update packs are available after your first year of included updates.
The Personal Club Licence costs £79 as a one-off payment. This includes the full version, permanent use, up to three activations and one year of updates. Additional club licences are approximately £39. Optional update packs after year one are approximately £15 per year.
The Preview Edition is a free version that lets you explore BiBo Club with a sample club. It includes most features but limits you to 10 students, disables permanent saving, and watermarks reports. The same installer is used for both Preview and Full editions.
Purchase a licence, then enter your licence key in Settings. The Preview Edition becomes the Full Version immediately — no reinstallation required. One installer, no second download.
A Personal Club Licence includes up to three activations. This typically covers your main computer, a backup and a club laptop or tablet. You can manage activations through the Licence Manager.
Yes. BiBo Club is designed to remain usable during normal club sessions, gradings, courses and competitions, even where internet access is unreliable. Your club records are stored locally. Periodic licence validation is required, with a reasonable grace period.
BiBo Club currently supports Windows 10 and later (64-bit). macOS support may be considered in future based on demand.
Your software continues working. You retain access to the version you have installed. Update packs are optional and provide access to newer versions with additional features and improvements.
If BiBo Club is not right for your club, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. A refunded licence will return to Preview Mode after the next successful licence check, but your club data will not be deliberately deleted. Full terms will be published before commercial release.
BiBo Club is full club management software for ongoing student records, regular attendance, membership and grading progress. BiBo Event is a focused event-attendance and safety utility for courses, gradings, competitions and seminars. They serve different purposes and you do not need both.
